SELF ASSESSMENT PAYMENT - DELAYED PAYSLIPS ALERT

The next due date for self-assessment tax payment is the 31 July 2011 (being the second payment on account of the 2010/2011 tax year). We note that we have had many enquiries where the usual self-assessment statements of account (the demand and payslip) have not been received - we are days away from the payment deadline and this is a causing concern.
HMRC have announced that there has been a delay in sending out approximately 500,000 Statements - if this affects you do not panic. In fact a late payment is acceptable (within the guidelines). Please see the link below for further information and advice on how to proceed:
