I think that my family must have dealt with WGN for over thirty years and whilst some of the staff may have changed, the one constant for us has been the personal service and the manner that we have been given to feel we are rather more than merely another account but are valued clients and a part of WGN and its history.
The individual service we have received and the friendliness of every member of the company even from receptionists (who often don't even need to ask our name when we call on the phone), the speed with which issues receive attention and the capable manner that they are handled are reasons enough to have remained loyal clients but perhaps most of all it is the personal relationships and trust generated over the years which earn our confidence and praise.
It goes without saying (but say we do) that we regularly have pleasure in recommending WGN to both our friends and business acquaintances.
